Rental Voucher

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Skybriz LLC or its subsidiaries, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

Eligibility is triggered upon downloading the SkyNest mobile application and successfully creating a verified user account. One entry per user. Automated or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.

The giveaway begins on the effective date and ends three (3) months thereafter. Entries must be

completed during this period.

Three (3) winners will be selected:

• First place will receive a $1,000 rent voucher,
• Second place will receive a $500 rent voucher,
• Third place will receive a $250 rent voucher,

All vouchers will be paid directly to a verified landlord or property management company on each winner’s behalf.
No cash alternatives. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold.

Winner will be selected at random using a verifiable randomization method and notified via the SkyNest app and the email on file within 7 business days after the end of the giveaway period.

Winner must respond within 10 calendar days of notification and provide proof of tenancy, identity, and landlord verification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Skybriz LLC and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation or prize use. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Skybriz LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined in its sole discretion.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes will be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Onondaga County, New York.

This promotion complies with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Giveaway rules and disclosures are maintained on record and available upon request.
